Automatic CRM cleaning

When creating a Pharow list, you can export contacts from the list to a CRM.
Over time, some contacts on the list become obsolete in terms of the list criteria. They then appear as removed from the list in Pharow.
However, it is not possible to know which contacts were deleted to update the CRM.
Obsolete contacts from a list should be able to be automatically (or on demand) removed from the connected CRM.
Without this feature, the quality of CRM content deteriorates quickly.
A CRM enrichment feature cannot go without a CRM cleaning feature.

Bruno Laporte Ideally this will apply to existing lists, not just new ones.

Fabrice Yes, we have planned!

Bruno Laporte Hi, what is the status of this feature? I can't find it in Pharow.

Bruno Laporte Is it possible to get an answer?

Fabrice Hello Fabrice. Within two weeks Pharow will allow businesses and prospects to be updated in CRMs (the feature is developed, we are currently testing it).
In a second step, we will add a “prospect plus current CRM” filter (expected during the summer).
You will then be able to see the prospects in your CRM who have changed positions and update them in the CRM with the right position (and the right contact details).

Bruno Laporte Thanks. Can this update in the CRM be done automatically and in groups from Pharow lists? Ideally, I would like to be able to remove these obsolete profiles from the CRM directly from the lists.

Bruno Laporte Well, it seems very difficult to get answers to a request that was simple at the beginning: to be able, from past lists, to automatically delete profiles from the CRM that are no longer suitable.
It is in fact useless to be able to automatically populate a CRM if you cannot do the opposite to keep only interesting profiles up to date (updating profiles that are no longer in use is not enough, you must be able to delete them, and when there are hundreds of them, it must be able to be done automatically.)
The few answers I got did not seem to clearly meet the need, although the feature was announced for the first quarter of 2026.
If this feature does not arrive, I would have no reason to renew my subscription, because having a CRM full of outdated data is useless.

Fabrice Hello Fabrice. Sorry for the delay in responding. Your request is completely legitimate but anything but simple!
We already allow prospects to be updated in the CRM (including when they have changed positions).
In the coming weeks, we will add the possibility of filtering on prospects who are no longer in office, this will allow you to identify all the prospects in your CRM who have changed positions and to update them from Pharow.
Compared to your proposal, we did not plan to automatically delete prospects in the CRM. It's an approach that we think is technically too risky.
I understand that this is frustrating but CRM maintenance is a difficult and unresolved problem as far as we know. We are attacking it in stages and it actually takes time.
I am available if you want to discuss it in person!
