We have completely revised how lists work in Pharow.
Add a lead to multiple lists
Until now, you had to move the prospect, and in the process, you lost your history.
It was limiting, especially to follow prospecting actions over time.
Now you can add it to multiple lists. All you have to do is
activate the option
in the Account
page.For new accounts, it's enabled by default.
From a prospect's file, you can directly see the lists where they appear. And above all:
the copy action does not consume any credit
.A “My lists” view that allows you to find your way around
Many of you accumulated lists without being able to really organize them. This new interface finally allows you to find your way around:

- One line per list, clear and legible
- Filters by month, category, channel, labels...
- Bulk actions (modification, deletion)
- The filters are persistent (you can find them even when leaving the page)
More structured lists
Now, when you create a list, you can enter:
- A name
- The prospecting month
- The planned channel (email, call, multichannel...)
- A category (the old folder)
- Free labels
These properties make it possible to better organize your prospecting, but also to
find more easily what was done, when, and how
.The name of your list is automatically generated from these elements, especially when exported.
And exclusion lists?
They now have a clear status:
- Separate display
- Not usable as a filter
- Same management logic as the other lists (modify, delete...)

Until then, the magic filter
"Age Range"
was only available to corporate representatives.You can now
use it for all the prospects
in the Pharow database. 
The age of employees is based on an
estimate

#2. Simplified addition process
It wasn't always easy to know if you were adding a lead to:
- a list of businesses,
- a list of contacts,
- or how many credits would be used when you added them.
We have therefore revised the addition screens (from a search or a list) to make your
steps clearer
and the credit count completely transparent
