The aim is to improve both synchronization and the explanation of synchronization:
  • prospects and businesses will now be recognized with much broader methods (name, website, LinkedIn url, email domain, etc.)
  • the same CRM company can have several matches in Pharow and vice versa. In this way, the “not prospected” or “not in Hubspot” filters will be more exhaustive.
  • the user will have access to all information on recognized/unrecognized objects (for example “Siren false”, “inactive website”, etc.)
  • the user will be able to identify in Pharow the prospects who are no longer employed in the CRM
