When exporting a lead with email, I get between 10 and 15% of them from each list who do not have the email even though I have consumed 1 credit each time. How can this be avoided?

Thanks for your message.
When adding prospects to a list, you have the option to select the option “Search emails and add prospects with email”. In this case, a credit is consumed for each prospect for which an email is found.
If some emails are then absent during the export, this generally corresponds to addresses that have been invalidated by our verification partner (Zerobounce). We make this choice voluntarily in order to best preserve your deliverability and to avoid the addition of risky emails.
However, I understand your feedback concerning the consumption of credits on these prospects. I am writing it down in order to study the possibility of not including these profiles in the list when the email is invalid.
