Hello, I just started a search for a KASPR number on a list and when I came back it didn't budge. I start the search again and ditto. Except that I am indeed debited 120 credits each time but the numbers are not displayed! I just went to the operations tracker and it told me “service temporarily unavailable”... What do we do for the 240 KASPR credits lost?

Good morning! The error was punctual on the Kaspr side, their service was down for a very short time. For our part, we have implemented a workaround in case it happens again so that the user can recover everything that has already been enriched.
