We have completely redesigned the way Pharow recognizes your data with now a level of synchronization that has no equivalent on the market.
More contacts recognized in your CRM
The
recognition rates of companies and contacts have increased markedly
. For example, we went from 56% of recognized companies to more than 70% today.
And the gap with 100% is very often the cases that we do not yet cover: foreign companies, self-employed people.
What this makes possible in concrete terms:
  • search Pharow for all companies in a Pipedrive pipeline whose marketing director has changed jobs in the last 6 months
  • Identify all businesses that have not converted and for which you can add new contacts to reactivate them
  • or all of your HubSpot contacts who changed jobs recently.

Your CRM becomes really usable as a filter on Pharow data.
What you exclude is really excluded
Let's take an example. In your HubSpot, you have a business created with the Ornikar website. With us, this site is associated with several legal entities.
Before, when you filtered “not in HubSpot,” Pharow only recognized one. The others were included in your results without you knowing it.
Now,
all entities associated with the same site are recognized together
. Same thing if you have two HubSpot entries for the same company: one with the website, the other with the LinkedIn URL. Pharow understands that it is the same.
Two concrete guarantees:
  • no longer create duplicates in your CRM
  • see the complete history of an account directly in Pharow, even if it exists under several entries in your CRM.
See the status of your sync, and the quality of your data
If you have a CRM or a sending tool and you have not yet done the integration, now is the right time.
This
new Synchronization page
shows you two things:
  • the status of your synchronization
  • a diagnosis on the quality of your CRM data.

For example, you can see how many contacts are no longer working in the associated company. It's often a surprise. And it makes you want to enrich. That is precisely what we are working on for the future;).
The stats are now grouped by object: companies, contacts with associated companies, contacts without associated companies, deals.
See everything we know about a contact, in one place
When you open a contact in Pharow, you now have three views: the person, the prospect, the company. For each one, what your CRM contains, your sending tool, and what Pharow knows.
For example, you open the view to the La Poste company. Before you pick up the phone, you know if you or any of your colleagues have already worked on this account and up to what stage. You have all these answers without opening your CRM.

The type and reliability of the email in your exports
Two fields available for export to HubSpot and Pipedrive: email type and email reliability. In practice: prioritize direct emails before a campaign, or exclude contacts whose email is uncertain.
This data is now in your CRM. You no longer have to go back to Pharow to check them out.
It is a project that was important to us. And that's the basis for what we build next: automatic enrichment, change detection. We'll get back to you as soon as it's ready.
